Job offer: Agent Channel Sales Supervisor - Accra

Our client a leading tile manufacturing company in Ghana is employing two qualified and experience Agent Channel Sales Supervisor with a minimum of three (3) years experience for their business operations at Accra.
Candidate must be able to undertake the following:
1. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support2. Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules3. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources4. Receive and report on all sales leads5. Supervise sales representatives6. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions7. Work with sales team and track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics8. Meet all sales quotas and goals9. Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Salary Range : Basic salary Between GHS 4,000.00 - 6,000.00
Plus a commission between GHS 4,000.00 - 10,000.00

Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Education: Masters Degree
